Weekly Service Timing
We roll your bins out the night before collection, between 7:00 PM–10:00 PM (starting at 7:00 PM). Once the city completes pickup, we return your bins to your designated storage area neatly and reliably. You do not need to be home just make sure bins are accessible.

Common FAQs
What time do you roll out the cans?
We place your bins at the curb between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM the night before your scheduled collection day, based on your city’s guidelines. After the city collects, we return them as soon as possible that same day. (Service begins at 7:00 PM)
Do I need to be home?
No. You do not need to be home for service. As long as your bins are accessible in your designated storage area (garage side, driveway, or side yard), we handle everything for you.
What if I have multiple trash days in a week?

How many bins are included?
Each plan includes two bins (1 trash + 1 recycle). Additional bins can be added for a small monthly add-on fee. ($10)/each
Do I need to sign a contract?
No long-term contract is required. Our residential service is month to month, giving you complete flexibility.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You may cancel with 14 days’ notice before your next billing date. Your service will continue through the end of your paid period.
What if I just want service for one week?
Yes, we offer one week service for vacation coverage, travel, emergencies, or temporary needs. Simply contact us at (888) 863-0633 or by email at dfw@wecanvalet.com to schedule a one week Can to Curb pickup.
